Monday & Wednesday - Eat 2 eggs in the morning. Or 1 egg and 1/4 cups of oatmeal. - Class from 9-430. - At 12 or 1230 have a protein shake. - At 430 eat chicken only no carbs. - 630 climb for 4 hours. My artist had a GREAT idea for my next tatt. He had a portfolio of drawings of his that he wants tatted on people, and there was a star with a leopard print inside.
